    I have been very restless with my workouts and unhappy with my lack of progress. So I decided to go back and do a different level of 30 DS every day. I did level 1 today and even though I had to stop to catch my breath of couple of times I can see improvement over where I was when I moved on to level 2. That made me feel a little better about things. I'm hoping this rotating schedule will keep me from stopping all together.

    Worked out yesterday, but feeling pretty lazy today. We'll see if I get a pm workout. It's just been a rainy, and cold few days. Being stuck inside has zapped me of energy.

    Kaylyngt, good luck with the rotating schedule. I hope you see the results you are looking for!

    I haven't done a "complete" workout yet. When I get bored or feel like I'm not challenged, I throw in another (Jillian) workout, or mix it up. I'm still getting what I consider to be great results. Find what works for you and go with it :)
