Today is the beginning of our challenge! Please post your current weight, and measurements (if you have them). Also post your GW for this challenge and any other goals you want posted to keep you motivated! We can do this!

Goals for this week:
Friday: Cycling class after work
Saturday: REST
Sunday: 30 minutes of Cardio, 15 minutes of weights
Monday: Gym at lunch (if time permits, if not: 30 minutes of cardio)
Tuesday: Cycling
Wednesday: Gym at lunch (30 minutes of cardio + abs)
Thursday: Cycling

    I dont have my measurements but will get them for next week.

    Goals for the week:
    1. run/walk 10 miles
    2. start 30 DS and do it at least 3 times
    3. Stay close to my calorie goal for the week (I have been struggling with this part lately)
