Any thoughts by group - I have multiple issues and go into insulin shock on good glucose days. Trying to get back on the pump for more control but eating anything is hard with gastroparesis. My body is in starvation mode - under 800-900 calories a day and stuck at 175 pounds. Supplementing with high calorie Ensure because liquids are easier to keep down. Sugars under 7 which is good but still going into insulin shock. Eating as much as I can keep down. Any ideas would be welcome. Still functioning and working.

Wow - sounds like a better question for your endo! Multiple issues like gastro and type 1 and regular insulin shock are probably not something most of us should advise you on?

But hang in there - and see an endo and a decent dietician!

    Good luck.
