Hitting the gym for the first time since signing up 4 days ago, now that work and family life is back to normal! Feels good to be back doing something for a bit of stress relief lol.0

Today for me was 45mins on the crosstrainer and 10mins on the rower. I joined the gym 2weeks ago and I love love love it!
I'm from little old New Zealand so my posting time will be very different to you guys.

Today I've done 30 mins of a Rosemary Conley DVD: Salsacise workout.
I am doing the Shred as well, I'm on Day 8, so will do that later this afternoon.

Got up early and Did W7 D1 of Couch to 5k - I got distracted and forgot to turn around halfway through, so I ended up walking 2.5 miles back to the house as well. Total time = 70 minutes!0

If you can do 30DS, Couch to 5k will be a piece of cake! You ease into the running so slowly that you won't be sore at all until about week 6 or so. I would rather do Cto5k any day than have Jillian kicking my tail!0 -
So far today, I did 10 minutes of dance cardio. 20 minutes of kick boxing ondemand... followed by a walk this evening..0

So far today I did some home cleaning,walked my daughter to school (about 15min), will more update before my day is complete.0

Today I did 30 mins on the elliptical and 30 mins of strength training with resistance bands could not even complete 2 sets and these the light weight ones! At least it is a beginning and my strength should improve by the end of the month. I am committed to work out everyday.

Today I took an hour hike with my family. I drank a lot of water cause it was super hot though.0

So far I've walked my dog for about 20 minutes, but after my grandson's baseball game, I'm heading to the high school to walk around the track.0

My 1st of June check in:
30 mins brisk walk
30 weight training
20 mins cross trainer
5 mins rowing
Then phone went off in gym and had to go home to sort out stuff!!
Day 2 my body aches so think its maybe going to be yoga!

I went walking for a half hour. Definitely a humble start, but I will make it a point to build on this.0

I got stuck in the house babysitting my grandbaby. I did do much house work which included going up and down the stairs for over 90 minutes. Chasing around a 1 year old should count for something. :bigsmile:0

Forgot to log yesterday. I did 30-minutes of cleaning plus random, small walks. Hopefully do something more tomorrow.0

So far today I have walked for 24 minutes around the lot (lease apartments on the weekend). Hope to get a better walk in later today since it is finally decent weather.0

20 minutes leisurely swimming

I exercised at least 30 minutes every day this week.
30 min or more walking every day ( went on elliptical twice, and worked with weights once)0
