I only just found this group but after reading other storys I realy think im a binge eater, I will stuff my face when other people are not about, and its always when im feeling realy bad,

Im a very big girl anyways im 286lbs and trying sooo hard not to binge and for my weight to come down but im realy struggling at the moment, I hate the way I look so that makes me binge even more, no body else sees me do thing and they all wonder why im the weight I am. my binges always involve lots of fast food and savory foods burgers, chips, sandwiches things like that,

I realy want to stop but done know where to start.

Welcome aboard! Just know you're not alone and the first great thing you've done is recognizing that you may be a binge eater. Hey, you can't fix or control something if you don't even acknowledge what it is that you have to fix! Congrats! Your'e wonderful for coming to terms with it.

Perhaps you could try focusing on just 1 food and 1 behaviouir to cut out or change. JUST ONE, then move on once you feel you've mastered it. For instance, try limiting yourself to 0 or 10 chips a day for food, and 10 minutes of walking a day for activity. Change doesn't happen overnight, so be patient but do reward yourself (preferably without food). Get a good book, see a movie, a new top... whatever motivates you. Then try increasing or adding another new goal. I find documenting my journey really helps.

    Keep us posted!
    Cheers
