I made a delicious, healthy filling lunch.
My drive to work was only 20 minutes long.
I lost .8 pounds.0 -
I went swimming (exercise style!)
I went to church
Made a menu for myself to follow this week (a healthy menu!!)0 -
I went swimming when I REALLY wanted to lay on the couch instead!
Passed up fried chicken for tilapia & veggies!
