Post starting weights here! Every week there will be new posts for you to weigh in and with challenges for the next week, so please make sure you're posting on the right thread or your weight won't get recorded.
Challenges for Week 1
- Drink your water! Log at least 8 cups of water everyday.
- Get movin! Log at least 10 miles walking/jogging/biking/skating/whatever you prefer this week. This can obviously be done on a treadmill or eliptical as well.
