I'm not going to figure out how to post pictures here, but he posted a picture of a very overweight person jogging with the caption, "No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch." Thought this group might appreciate it more than the general forum. :)

    He is so awesome. I saw that image today and found it inspiring. I'll have to think of that as I lug my butt around the park on my walks.
