    Today was a 45minute run3 walk2 on the treadmill, and 10mins of assisted pull ups and dips!

    Today, walking roughly 2-3 miles; ran x 1 mile. Tomorrow, will do weights and cardio.

    Good morning! I got my Couch to 5k Week 7 Day 2 in this morning. The way this day is shaping up, I won't be shocked if I get my 8 miles in on the pedometer too!

    10 mins of her Whole Body Floor Toner Program
    & 20 mins Zumba Express workout =]

    20 minute walk and 10 minute run. I'm finding that I can run longer distances without needing to walk, I just have to be willing to push myself. That feels awesome.

    After a typical 11 hour shift I went to the gym:
    30 mins brisk walk uphill on the treadmill
    30 mins on the cross trainer
    15 mins of weights
    BED TIME!!!

    Did 45 minutes of Water Jogging and Water Calisthenics. Doing Zumba at the local center this evening. :bigsmile:

    32 minutes warmup and weights. Pushed my limits today, now I want to go flop somewhere and not move until morning.

    Checking in for the first time-last Friday was circuit training at the gym and elliptical for 45 minutes, 2 hours of jazzercise on Saturday, 1 hour of jazzercise on Sunday, laps around the airport waiting for a flight this morning and 1 hour of jazzercise tonight.

    It was a "rest day' so i just did a 30 minute walk around my neighbourhood :)
