Happy Tuesday everyone!
I'm going to schedule a lunch date with Jillian and see if I can't tell her off today! Though, after a few days away, I think she may tell me off :ohwell:

Happy Tuesday! Hodder- Tell her I was just being nice this morning when I saw her. I really wanted to punch her face! : )
I got up early and got my workout in. I have been busy at work and not able to go home lately to work out so some days I have missed. I am going to attempt to do the early thing until things get back to normal.
On a good note, I took Friday-yesterday off and the scales showed that I had lost 2 pounds! It seems to happen that way nearly every time I lose a little. Guess my body appreciates the rest!

Congratulations on the loss!! I took Friday to yesterday off too because I was out of town. The scale was down yesterday when I returned home, and it's down again this morning. I'm afraid to log it this morning... I told my husband I want a new scale!! But I dunno, maybe it's like you said, our bodies appreciate the rest!

2nd Day of L3 30DS. The Sumo squats kill me. Must be something I really need. Old style sit-ups. One day I will do them without assistance holding my feet. Feeling good!

Sumo squats-Ugghhhh! I have those again in my ripped in 30 on level 4. I HATE those!
