Hey ladies,

Karen Dooley and I were thinking it would be nice to create a group of us who are reaching for weight loss. If there are others at the & who'd like to join, bring 'em in.

    I work in the COM Deans office and recently joined myfitnesspal. Do you ladies exercise during your lunch at all?

    Yes we do. Very often we walk a route that takes us around Lake Alice, and with the summer coming, a bunch of people walk in the VA tunnel. Where do you work in the dean's office?
