I was but then he grew out of it at 7 months...For breakfast I would have oatmeal and sausage practically every day!

No milk sensitivity but there are lots of things you can eat for breakfast! Oatmeal, fruit, dry cereal, egg beaters omlet with whatever meat and veggies you like with no cheese, you can make smoothies with frozen fruit and spinach. Try almond milk as a substitute and see if that helps or if you even like it! You are welcome to check out my food diary if you would like. I'm nursing an 8 month old.

    Good Luck!

Up until last month I couldn't eat dairy, eggs, nuts or soy. I found that Oatfit oatmeal was okay for me to eat in the morning and I also go a vegan protein and made almond milk protein shakes.
