hello everyone!
i thought that it might be easier if we had a group for our weigh-ins.
This way you can enter in you own weights each month. i joined google docs and it seems pretty easy to do.
So each week there will be a new topic created and a link to the weigh-in spreadsheet, open the link and enter your current weight.
Weigh-in days are Friday mornings, but if you chose to do it on a different date thats okay, just make sure to write your updated weight in the correct spread sheet.
New members can join, just write in your username and starting weight.
