I did a few extra things around the house and in the back yard that had me movin'. Otherwise, I went someplace that involved me walking. I hope this counts!0 -

Today I did 65 minutes of aquajogging.0 -
I walked for 40 minutes. Just started running when my music died...killed my runner too. So, I'll recharge and be ready for a jog tomorrow, but the walk today still counts!

45 mins of Zumba Basics (60 mins running time, but there are lots of breaks so I just danced around whilst waiting)
& 20 mins of Rosemary Conley Circuit Training on her Fat Attack DVD

Kinda felt icky today, so did a recumbent bike x 30 mins and walked a mile outside. Glad I didn't cave in and stay in bed. I feel much better!0
