I'm 5/8, but really, really happy about that!
Today I did a 46 minute walk. It was wonderful!!0 -
I got 6/7 =]
Really needed a rest day but made up for it with extra yesterday =]
Haven't done anything just yet, but planning to do a Zumba workout later on =D0 -
Today might be my "off" day. I took two 30-minute walks yesterday and plan for an hour-long one tomorrow. I'll reignite the jog on Monday.0

I didn't join until Monday, so as of today I'm 5/5. This group really has me motivated to "move" daily. Loving it! Thanks Absidey!
I'm going to an anniversary party this evening so I got a quick workout in this morning...
10 minute ab workout
20 minute arms and legs workout
I'll probably do a little dancing tonight as well!0 -
I did 1 hour and 10 minutes of Zumba followed by 40 minutes of lifting weights this morning. Guess I had some extra energy stored up.0
