How many miles of walking did you get in today ?

I did 2 miles of walk/jog intervals.

    I was going to go back and log each day but why, just put them all here. NOT counting today I have done 16 miles so far.

    31 - 1 1/4 mile
    1 - 3 1/4 mile
    2 - 3 1/4 mile
    3 - 1 1/2 mile
    4 - 2 1/4 mile
    5 - 2 1/2 mile
    6 - 2 mile

    Did a 3 mile walk/jog this morning
    Then 2 mile walk after work

    I walked two miles this morning ! Nice quite mornings!!!

    I did 6 miles. I took the rail in to work today and walked to and from the station to my office. I also walked to the gym near my office. Feeling great!
