and tell how you are feeling..I feel pretty good for the day it has been.. I woke up early and had to work..

I felt pretty good and kept busy all day

Twist and punches 5 min. touching toes 5 min.
How I feel:I am alittle tired since I didn't sleep to good last night.

Yep!! My husband and I began on March 10. Honestly, virtually no exercise from me during all of this due to several reasons so once I begin that, watch out world! LOL0 -

Upper body exersices OH YA...lol lifting,pulling and digging.
Tell how you are feeling.. Very sore and sun burned to boot. I normaly do not do this much yard work at once, but it is a great work out and hope it shows on Friday.0 -

Upper body exersices, Did 20 minutes of Zumba with weights.

Tell how you are feeling..Thighs burn from the DVD work-out, but for the most part my body seems to be doing better with the exercise. The heat is making me not want to eat, but will set timer to make sure to get my foods in.0 -
