    Haven't bought a pedometer yet. End of the school year ... report cards to do, etc. so that will be a goal to get this weekend. :)

    June 1st..Fri. weigh -In , stayed the same
    steps per day,8,000
    upper body exersices,steatches for 10 min
    and tell how you are feeling..I feel pretty good for the day it has been.. I woke up early and had to work..

    June 2nd.. didn't weigh in
    Steps : 5000'
    upper body streaches 10 , and sit up 10
    I felt pretty good and kept busy all day

    June 3rd..didn't weigh-in
    Steps: 5500
    Twist and punches 5 min. touching toes 5 min.
    How I feel:I am alittle tired since I didn't sleep to good last night.

    June 4th:No weigh in
    Steps:8000
    I did some stretches about 5 min/arm twirls 30 each way.
    How I feel:Feel better today than yeasterday.. Alittle sore in my back but feel pretty good today

    Upper body exersices A lot of digging and lifting. Arm circles 1 minute forward and 1 minute back

    Yep!! My husband and I began on March 10. Honestly, virtually no exercise from me during all of this due to several reasons so once I begin that, watch out world! ;) LOL

    I've been gone 4 a few days but I love this idea. I will start tomorrow with step counting and make my 1st weigh in Friday. Since I weigh everyday i know whatI weighed last friday the 1st lol! Good luck to all of you!

    Upper body exersices OH YA...lol lifting,pulling and digging.

    Tell how you are feeling.. Very sore and sun burned to boot. I normaly do not do this much yard work at once, but it is a great work out and hope it shows on Friday.

    Steps today, 10,000 had to walk in place to get the last few.

    Upper body exersices, Did 20 minutes of Zumba with weights.

    Tell how you are feeling.. A little dizzy, but that usally does happen when I get started again.

    Tell how you are feeling.. Really with I could have got a last work-out in before weigh-in in the morning. I did have a very good time with my grandkids today though.

    I will be posting a new challeng for next week. What do you think should we pump it up a little? Any ideas?

    Total Weight Lost On Herbalife: 4.1lbs (Started May 22, 2012)

    Total calories burned since last Friday: 3,560

    Strength Training: 3x's

    Feeling good! Giving myself a rest day today. My body just told me yesterday a recovery day was needed. (I know that this post is different than everyones, I just customized it towards my program)

    Tell how you are feeling..Thighs burn from the DVD work-out, but for the most part my body seems to be doing better with the exercise. The heat is making me not want to eat, but will set timer to make sure to get my foods in.
