Wow! We just keep taking those pounds off month after month. For some of us they're not coming off as quickly as we would like, but the numbers keep getting smaller nevertheless! Yay us!!!!

This month I'm trying for my usual 10 lbs. Since I've been watching my sodium so closely I've seen more succcess, so. . . Here's to a successful June and start of the last summer we'll be FAT! Lol. (Yeah. I used the "F" word.")

    Okay, I will give it a shot. I sure hope this stall breaks! I am down only three pounds for the last two months, and I am seeing 243-244 or 245 every damn morning whether I eat 800 or 1800 for the day!

    Here's to a new month... I am going to be conservative.

    My NSV this week: I ran a little over a mile without stopping, two days in a row. Unbelievable! Also, according to my BF% calculations on fattofitradio.com, my 5 lb. loss from 250 to 245 was actually 8 lbs of fat lost, and 3 lbs. of muscle gained. I was SO jacked when I noticed that a couple of days ago. :)

    A NSV victory for me was having someone notice, and told me I had literally lost "a ton" of weight! lol, well I am only 1/3 of the way there, but I will take it. I am also down 2 sizes! Well, technically only one, but since I refused to buy the next size up where I should have been there was a danger of my button flying off and killing someone. So I am taking that, too!

    No loss this week and I know I won't even come close to my goal by the end of the month, but I've been running nearly every day and I lost another inch around my chest. That makes a total of 5" off my chest, 5" off my waist, and 7" off my hips and each thigh. I've also lost a couple off each arm and each calf. Woo hoo! If I can't lose pounds, I'll take inches!

    Clearly I didn't hit my goal of 235 for this month, but I did hit 40 lbs. lost since mid-January, so I will take that and be happy with it. I'd really love to lose another 10 in July, and hit 50 lbs. lost by my 51st birthday. :)
