6/1 = 194
6/10 = 192.6
So 1.4 lost. A little less than I was hoping for, just .6 away from the 2 pound loss per week I'm going for. But lesson learned -- I let myself skip exercise twice last week, and slip a bit on the snacks on Friday. But otherwise, an extremely productive week and I'm super duper excited to see this loss, especially after the scale being stuck for so long. Excited and motivated to kick *kitten* in the coming week and knock off 2+ pounds!0 -
