Just wanted to check-in, since I have been MIA for the last week. I just started teaching a new course, so my workload went from 20-40 hours. In any event, I did Turbo Jam: Burn + 20 Minutes to get back into the swings of things. I can't believe how much I missed doing Turbo Jam! I felt so great after my workout! I hope you all have a fantastic day!0
