Ok, I'm in trouble and need some encouragement. Generally speaking, I'm a non-purging bulimic, in case you need to know that.
So, Saturday I had a family reunion and between being surrounded by a sea of unhealthy trigger foods and being surrounded by unhealthy trigger people (lol) I really struggled with my eating. I didn't binge, really, I just ate all day, even when full. I knew I was out of control at the time but told myself I would just get back on track the next day. I've been struggling with an urge to starve myself since that happened (my typical MO). I got nearly 1300 into me on Sunday, but less than 900 yesterday. So far, I'm at 700 today and every bite has been hard to get in. I know I need to get more in me, but I'm really struggling and I don't see my therapist for a couple weeks. Any help is greatly appreciated!! (Please don't respond if it isn't recovery-minded, no offense.)

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling.
Do you have an eating plan, a set number of calories you try to consume each day? If so, it might help to treat each day as a reset - don't worry about what you ate yesterday (that day is gone now) and instead focus with getting back on plan today. You know what you need to do for TODAY, so make it happen.
Also, take a few moments to reflect on yesterday, and be honest with yourself - look at the triggers, your reaction to them, and how all of it has made you feel. By doing so, you may learn how to prevent the scenario from repeating itself.
I know it sounds over-simplified, but this way of thinking works for me. I forgive myself for the occassional stumble, reflect on it, and continue moving forward towards my goals.0
