I currently weigh 142 lbs and by the 4th of july i would love to weigh 137 lbs, i so believe i can do it, I have eben losing like 1.5 lbs a week so i should be fine!

    My goal is to be 169 by July 4th!! It's a little agressive but I believe I ca do it. :smile:
