I've found that if I don't hit around 500 calories for breakfast I almost never catch up to my goal by the end of the day. The goal of large/double breakfast begins!
Today:
Breakfast 1:
Fage greek yogurt
rasberries
walnuts
flax and honey
Breakfast 2, about 2 hours later:
eggs
salsa
cheddar
Today:
Breakfast 1:

I've found that hitting a minimum of 500 for breakfast is easy. A cup of oats with a banana is easily over 600 cals.0

I did add oats to my smoothie the other morning and that got the numbers up. I'm trying to limit my grains though...0
