Turbofire by the schedule

I bought Turbofire a year ago and started using it and loved it, but I didn't exactly go by the schedule or the diet plan. I stopped using it for awhile, but now I am back on track. I just started using it by the exact schedule, Chalene created that schedule for a reason....for the maximum benefits. I hope that I get the results that I want by sticking to this this time around. I am tracking my diet and sticking to healthly eating habits..I've never been so dedicated, the diet was always my downfall. Craving sugar, like soda and candy, were always my daily battle especially in the afternoons....and I always wanted cereal at night. I stopped cold turkey and after a couple of days the cravings went away. The thing that helped kill the cravings and hungry feelings all the time was all the exercise I was doing. I now exercise 2 times a day, morning and night. Sticking to Turbofire in the morning and at night weight training or treadmill. I am under my calorie count everyday and burning tons of calories. I have more energy, feel happier and of all things my libido is up (hubby is definitely happy about that one (:Hope I see results for all this hard work I am putting in, because my body tends to have a really hard time losing weight.....I'm hoping now that the sugar is out of my diet things will change. To all the Turbofire followers out there, keep up the hard work and just remember "Your not tired!"

Sounds like you are doing amazing! Congrats! Yes it's those darn cravings that get me too, but I know I need to stick to the plan in order to make them go away. I crave carbs which is not surprising considering garlic bread and chocolate are my two favourite foods. I haven't followed the diet plan yet but I think I may do the 7 week one when I get close to the wedding I'm going to in August. It's been a huge motivator. For now I'm eating healthy. Like you though I'm planning on increasing my time working out and am budgeting for personal training right now. I think Turbofire and PT will be a killer combination.

Anyways, thanks for the encouragement! And great job!
