Does anyone have any suggestions on how they beat the eating when they feel down and out? I go right to the food. I had a peanut buster parfait last night when my family went to DQ. I could have said no but why didn't I???

    I know this is a month late, but I just joined the group. I'm not sure how you can post a new discussion on the blog. Anyway, if you find out how to stop emotional eating please let me know. I even went to a health coach for emotional eating. It helped some. It was a lot of negative feelings from just my childhood. Or brought up of good foods and bad foods. I ate good foods, I was a good girl. If I ate bad foods, I was a bad food. Since, I seem to love bad foods, I'm a bad person. I've learn not to put foods into good and bad categories. It has helped.
