Best Time to go Swimming ?

This is my first summer in Houston area , I am curious what's the best time to go swimming is it better in the early morning or late evening. I am trying to avoid getting a bad sunburn.

  I believe UV rays are the worst between 10 am and 4 pm - you can also use this (http://www.epa.gov/sunwise/uvindex.html) to see just how bad!

  I always like to swim in the early morning as I don't burn then. Also after 3 p.m. seems to be okay for me but morning is always better.
