Father's Day dinner! Have to make sure I get a good workout in first.

I'll be going to my parent's for the weekend. Road trip and too much food.... lots of walking planned, tho. I'll be doing my first 5K in my hometown on the 4th - so get to get in a practice walk this weekend.
Today was 60 minutes of aqua jogging.0 -
Walking all day with children but I only counted it as 30 minutes.0
