    Starting to get back on track!

    SW 25/05/12: 180.4 lbs

    Week 1 - 01/06/12: 179.0 -1.4 lbs
    Week 2 - 08/06/12: 180.6 +1.6 lbs
    Week 3 - 15/06/12: 178.6 -2.0 lbs
    Week 4 - 22/06/12:
    Week 5 - 29/06/12:

    Fingers crossed I can keep the monentum going?

    Really lacking enthusiasm at present, and will be even harder for next 2 weeks before my holidays as my daughter and the grandkids are home for 2 weeks, so more Chinese Meals, Double Sunday Dinners, Crumbles and Custard, isn't it sickening already put on 5 lbs at the weekend and struggling to get it back off for Fridays weigh in?

    Time to refocus on my goals and work on losing weight again. This time I am down from where I started this month so that is a step in the right direction.
