Hey all! Post your updates here, however often you like! I like to post every day, because it keeps me going! :-)

Tonight I did another 9 miles. I upped the intensity this time, but I still managed to get to 9.25 miles in my 30 minutes. Total: 21 miles.

    Rested for two day. Bottom of feet sore from road pounding. Back now and feels good!
    Only two this morning but will do 3 more tonight.

    The screen on my bike at home is broken, so this weekend I just estimated based on my usual speed for my usual time. I biked 9 today and 9 yesterday, after I took a few days off! :)
