    My challenge I made for myself this week is to get 90 g protein per day. I did yesterday and on track for today. lol. I'm also trying to be a really good girl because vacation is next week ;) I'll weigh in this Thursday and then I'll be gone for my next Thursday weigh in so I'm going to weigh in on Tuesday that week instead.

    My goal for this week is to just attempt to stay mostly on track. Lots of stuff going on this weekend. Bachelorette party Thursday, so I know lots of drinking will be involved. Rehearsal dinner on Friday, but we are also decorating the hall so at least there will be a lot of movement :) . Wedding day Saturday! I'm going to try really hard to make sure I get in a workout everyday, except Saturday because I will be running out the door very early.

    And I've been doing well with my protein goal. I've been 90-100 everyday.

    I have been rocking the calories and exercise categories... and gaining weight. lol. I feel like this whole thing is against me. Ah well. Keep doing what I'm doing and something is bound to change.

    Not my wedding day (I've been married for 7.5 years) It's my little brothers wedding day tomorrow! I'm a bridesmaid, so I've been trying really hard to help out and make sure everything is ready. I'm very excited :)

    I weighed in this morning and I knew it wouldn't look good (especially when you think about how much alcohol I drank last night) I agree with Jersey, I can't wait for a fresh start, this summer hasn't been successful for me at all. I know I only have myself to blame. The next thing I have to look forward to is seeing my husbands family at the end of August, hopefully I can lose some of this weight by then :smile:

    Well, I went the wrong direction with this segment of the challenge, but I know and understand the why's of it. I had complete control and made choices that I knew would result in gains. At the beginning of this journey my husband and I decided that we wanted to continue to enjoy ourselves and indulge from time to time. Otherwise, what are we doing this for?
    Summer is on the verge of arriving and I have been enjoying my time with friends and co-workers...and I'm okay with the outcome :)

    Well, I didn't lose, but I didn't gain this week. I'm on my period, so that's saying a lot. I will do my final weigh in Tuesday. That's the first day of Summer and I will be done with my period by then. If I could wake up Tuesday and see 135, I'd be ecstatic! Good luck, Girls!
