Anyone want to share diaries

Hi everyone, i'm back to tracking. Currently trying to do WW but also tracking my Calories so I can see if i'm having too much Carbs etc. (which I am) ek!
Does anyone want to share diaries? I find it does help and sometimes gives me fresh ideas.

    I just made my diary public - if you want to have a look. I have done WW many times in the past - it works really well. I still think of things in terms of WW points! Interesting how I used to be on 18 points a day, which is only 900 calories, whereas MFP says 1200. Then again, WW doesn't count any veg-based carbs.

    I am always happy to have more UK friends so feel free to add me. I too was eating too many carbs so changed my macros to 40/30/30 and feel a lot better for it. Used to do WW and liked it but find MFP just as good.Anything that makes you more conscious of what you are eating has to be good :)
