How's it going? Good this weekend bad though, but this week is going to be A LOT better
What are you doing? Run, going to the gym, biking & doing weights, Also I am not eating past 9:30 pm
Anything you struggling with? Over the weekend it was eating because I was not home for most of it & getting workouts in on the weekends.
What's going well for you? everything goes great during the week if only the weekends were so good0 -
GGRRR weight loss has stopped. But I havent gained either so thats a positive at least.. Just started the butt bible today so I am hopeing the old body takes that as incentive to lose a pound or 30.. Otherwise I am great0

Anything you struggling with? Sticking with it because I'm not losing. My motivation is slipping

For those who have stalled in "weight loss", has your inches also stopped moving or endurance (ie distance can run, number of crunches/squats in 2 minutes)?0

I only measure once a month, so Not sure about inches. As for the slowed weight loss I expected it, I went low carb and dropped the freshly gained weight (17 pounds gained due to diet confusion and quitting smoking) in a matter of 6 weeks, so now I expect to only lose about a pound a week, and like I said I am happy with anything that isnt a gain.0

I haven't lost a lot of weight but I am losing inches. I have been doing 30 Day Shred consistently and I love it. I am on day 18 today. I will probably switch to Jillian's Body Revolution 90 day program once I get done with 30 Day Shred at the end of the month.0

What's going well for you? I am working out everyday, finding time to fit more activity into each day
Maybe your body needs a break. That is a lot to be doing and sometimes you will stop losing if you keep working your body without a break. Let your body recover even if just for a couple of days. Maybe you should do either ChaLEAN Extreme or Jillian Michaels, instead of both or alternate doing them but not both on the same day. I know it is hard to keep motivation when things stall. Just keep your head up and try to stay positive.0 -
Having an active buddy here on MFP has been great (brilliant idea, whoever posted that!). I don't want to let HER down, and I've noticed a difference in my attitude overall.
I'm running, doing crossfit, and hot yoga. Eating is great, though I need to put more time into prepping to be sure all my meals are balanced. Also - virtually no alcohol. A glass of wine on the weekend is all. Looking forward to seeing progress0 -

I do alternate them, doing Jillian 2 days a week and ChaLEAN 4-5. However, right now I'm not doing anything. I got a concussion playing softball the other night and am under doctor's orders to take it easy for a while. Not sure how long "a while" is, but I think longer than the 2 days it's been.0 -

have you tried taking measurements, and not JUST looking at the scale? Muscle weighs more than fat, and the needle not moving doesn't mean you're not reshaping your body.0 -

~ daily exercise
~ mini 80 % whole food meals ever few hours0
