Awesome to hear from you gals. I am still on Level 1 and will be starting Level 2 next week. I am sure just by what I have seen that I myself will need lots of motivation to get through it..haha. Let's keep it going.0

I am trying to tone up by July so I did my first week Level 1, this week I am on Level 2 and then next week I will do Level 3 for 2 weeks, then back to level 1 but maybe add weights... IDK yet.0
