Day 1 in a dead group

This group seems pretty dead, maybe I just joined late and missed it. Im just gonna post and try to liven it up a bit, I cant be the only one just starting. Anyways I did day 1 level 1 this morning and holy cow talk about *kitten* on fire, wow. my pilates has nothing on the butt bible. But I really enjoyed it and it went FAST so thats always a good thing.. Anyone else start recently?? and how do you like it??

I'm currently on week6 doing level 3, as per the schedule I found somewhere in this group I'm towards the end. I was planning to start CLX afterwards but I feel I will stick with this program one more time -at least for a month-. What really has surprised me - being a cardio pro or sort of- is that first time in my life I've noticed the "cottage cheese" totally dissapearing and saw really good results in my butt. But I saw another girl that did 2 rounds of butt bible and got outstanding results and I'm aiming for that!!!...

I'm in! I am doing Level 1 Day 2 today. I was on Day 18 of 30 Day Shred but decided to take a break from that and try this. Add me...I need friends who are doing this program.0

I also have the CLX although I dont have the equiptment to do the program yet, will probably do that after this. I did the 30 day shred a few months back, I didnt really enjoy it tho as it was extremely hard on my knees and ankles. Best of luck ladies, and I hopewe all see great results in the end0

I am currently on week 4 level 2. I have definitely been seeing a difference....my saddle bags are disappearing. I was also looking into getting ChaLean Extreme....but I might do another round of BB.0

Glad to see some others joining in. I tried to pump some life back into this group a week or so ago. I am currently on Level 2 Day 2. WOW, what a difference going from Level 1 to 2. :O I didn't think I was gonna make it but I pushed myself. Today is upper body and I can only imagine what it is going to be like. Yowzers! But with time it will get a bit easier. I WANT results so I will keep on keeping on no matter what.0

Like she said in the video. Cardio will make you smaller but more jigglier. :P I guess she knows what she is talking about.0 -

I am looking for something to supplement my Chalean Extreme workout because I am a pear and I need all the extra help I can get in that area. The Chalean workouts are great over all but they could use a little more for the lower body. Butt Bible seemed like a good thing to try, especially as I can try it for free via Youtube first (I think I will buy it as it is not very expensive). I plan to only do the lower body workouts as I like the Chalean program for my upper body.
Anyway...
I did Level 1 tonight and phew. I definitely felt the burn! I still feel it a little bit even now.0 -
You defo feel it the first time you do it. Pauline is no joke. haha. I like that she isn't easy on ya, she tells you to keep going. If you want to do just the Lower Body workout, do it, I think it is worth the time and effort. I myself have already seen inches come off my hips and waist and I'm only going into week 3.0

Completed a second round of Level 1. Oof. It gets really tough during those leg raise sets but I made it through.0

I am finishing up the first week of level 3. Planning on a 30DS/BB/walk away the pounds combo for July. I love the BB though, I have definetly noticed results!0

Once you complete all three levels do you stay with level three? Not seen anything about what happens once you complete the whole program.0
