Progress Measurements

I said I would post measurement updates on Saturday but I am a few days behind. I did take measurement Saturday and started Week 3 on Sunday.

Weight - Lost 1/2lb
Waist - Lost 1/4 inch
Thigh - lost 1/4 inch
Bust - lost 3/4 inch (not really where I want to loose any)
Chest - gained 1 inch (must be building up the muscles underneath my bust but loosing the bust itself)

I do see a lot more muscle definition in my legs

Anyone else care to share results so far?

    I want to wait to take my measurements until the end. Last week and this week have been tough with weddings, graduations, company, and end of school year....trying to be mindful, and I've kept up with the workouts. Still, I'd like to not measure until things calm down a bit.

    I started week 4 today. Tough, but not as tough as 2 & 3. Hate the plie hops!!!! I'll have a few days at the end where I plan to do each workout one more time.....not really looking forward to seeing how hard they all are again!
