I'm in. My PLEDGES.
1) I pledge not to eat any tortillas.. ouch....
2) I pledge to turn up the pace (a notch) every other three min. on my running app.

1. Try to exercise 5 times a week.
2. Eat more veggies and fruits.
3. Eat less processed snacks.
