I'm in. My PLEDGES.

1) I pledge not to eat any tortillas.. ouch....

2) I pledge to turn up the pace (a notch) every other three min. on my running app.

3) I pledge to be true to me.

    My pledge:

    1. Try to exercise 5 times a week.

    2. Eat more veggies and fruits.

    3. Eat less processed snacks.

    I pledge to do the following:

    1) try my best to exercise 6 days a week
    2) try and eat more
    3) to love myself no matter what i look like or what i feel i look like!

    I'll do this. I pledge to:
    1. Run 23-30 miles a week
    2. Avoid added sugar
    3. Eat fruits and vegetables instead of other snacks

    no bad carbs.
    work out 3x in the am with my additional pm work out, and my challenge which is 20 planks different styles

    Hiya! I've never done one of these before but sounds good!

    I pledge by 27th July:

    1) To lost 6-7 lbs (from 139/140 to 133lbs)
    2) To either go to the gym or run 6 days a week
    3) To do the 30 day shred 5 days a week

    To attend boot camp 5 days this week! (1 down, 4 to go!)
    To eat healthy dinners every night! (1 down, 4 to go!)
    To drink lots and lots of water every day! (48 ounces down today!)

    I Pledge for this challenge:

    To account for all of my actions!
    To work out at least 5 days every week!
    To eat only healthy, unprocessed, foods!
