this question came across my mind say you ate your daily target well say 30 for example and you want to get a bag of chips and the chips come to about 6 points. now you have your 49 weekly points and you earn some activity points. can you put 3 of the 6 towards your weekly and the other 3 towards your activity.

i use my AP first. cause in my mind i earned them. i think of the 49 as emergency ones.0

WW has it set up as an all are nothing type of thing. You either use you activity points or use your weekly points. You can't split them up using half of one and half of the other. I have my activity points set up to be used first then use my weekly points. I also have it set up that the activity points are used on the day I acquire them. This is my attempt to look at how MFP and WW are similar. I am not quite sure that I like it set up that way.0

i add half my AP into my food journal when i earned them, and than go from there. this is easier for me. i like seeing a surplus instead of a negative at the end of the day.0
