I'm up a bit this week, which anyone who read my last blog entry knows, it was expected. Between that meltdown and my awesome anniversary dinner last night I'm quite okay with this weeks results. Now ... it's a brand new week :happy:

    Me too with going up on the scale but TOM is due today and I've been a bit of monster with carb cravings over the last few days & an evening biscuit habit so I can totally see why I've not moved. With you on it being a brand new week - onwards and downwards! :smile:

    My best week so far on MFP- down 3.5 since last week~ Yep- I'm just a little excited!!! Posting a day early as I'm going on vacation tomorrow and didn't want to forget- have a great day everyone!!!

    Back to 180. found a pound this week, i started strong but ended the week poorly. will get over myself and make it a better week, see you all "lighter" next thursday:wink:
