Hi everyone! I'm a Leslie Sansone certified Walk Leader in southern NJ. Taught class tonight and am pumped up because we have so much fun! Just wanted to encourage you to find a Walk Live class in your area! There are over 200 Walk Leaders in the USA, maybe one is near you... The DVDs are great and I do them several times a week - but it is also great to walk with real, live people!

    That's cool! There are none in my area as of yet. I might be interested in becoming a certified walk leader in the future, I just love the Leslie Sansone method so.

    There's info on the walkathome.com site... They usually only have a couple of certification classes a year, and they are in-person. But, as you might imagine, so supportive after you get your certification, with ongoing tools and education. And a wonderful group of people!!!!
