Hey.I'm new to the site and his group. I'm currently training for my first half marathon. I've always been into fitness but never been a 'runner'. so I"m really proud of myself so far!!
This month I have clocked 74 miles. This week I have done 23.6.
Next week I'm doing my first 14k and 17k to keep up with my training. Hope it goes well!!
Is anyone else training for a half marathon?? Any tips or advice???
