What's your goal Weight?

I was told for my height that I should weigh around 140 at the most... Idk if it's just me but that seems a little small to me :blushing: maybe once I get there or close maybe I'll feel differently. My personal goal weight for myself is between 165 -180.

What's your goal weight?

    It depends now on how much muscle I want to carry I guess. I'm at 15% body fat right now. I'm kinda strength training right now.

    I must be much shorter than you, Jay!! The weight that I "should" be sounded awful skinny to me too. I'm not going that far - I'd need a new wardrobe! They say that I should weigh 115 for being 5'1". I am aiming for 120.

    I am 5"4 and they say for me to be between 115-125. I would think that would make me look to tiny. mine would be 125-135 pounds

    I am 5'6" - I am aiming for 150 lbs. That's a loose size 10 for me and my closet is already full (was my previous size before gaining to a 14/16).

    I am aiming for 175lbs...long way to go....

    I've lost weight before and got all the way down to 148lbs. I look at pictures of myself and I was skinny as I will ever be. I know that for my height (5'5") that is on the heavier side, but with my body type, I don't think I could ever be a healthy 125lbs. At 175lbs, I will probably be about a 10/12 (that's what I was last time).

    I'm 5'3" and small boned. Goal is 105 lbs (always been at my best build at that weight). Current weight fluctuates between 115-120 right now. Haven't exercised regulary in years and just started Insanity today. Will also follow their recommended eating plan with a few modifications to make it more paleo friendly.

    My current weight is 221lbs. I'm 5' 8" and "should" be at 120-140 (I think), my goal is to hit 160lbs. I was at 160 before I got pregnant, so I'd just really like to be at that point again! If I can lose a few more, I'll be happy, but I'll take the 160!

    My goal weight is 135 - 140lbs. I can't WAIT to start loosing these LBS. Its been years, since I've been able to fit into a little skirt and dress. Let's see.

    I don't so much have a goal weight. I know I need to lose about 20 pounds. I more have goals on how I want to look. I want my arms to be toner and I don't want my jeans to have love handles. That sort of a thing :)

    I am 5'4..starting weight of 157lbs, current weight of 147lbs.
    I would just like to have an healthy BMI which would be 145lbs.
    If I could get to 140lbs or smaller that would be AWESOME though.

    For me, probably between 135-140. I'm 5'4" and weighed 125 back in college. Looking back at pictures, I looked way too thin, almost sickly. So 135-140 should look good on me. Plus, I'll have more muscle tone than I did back then, so the extra weight will be good for me!

    I'm 5'4" When I got pregnant, I was at 151 and a size 10/12 so that's where I'm shooting for. Only problem is, I maintained that weight by mostly starving myself. I'm hoping to get back to that size and be strong!

    When I was in grad school with a very limited food budget, I dropped down to 140 and my friends thought I looked sickly, horrible. But I was happy for the first time in my life to be down to a size 8!! Didn't last long, though. AS soon as I graduated and started eating, the weight came back on.

    I am 4'7, yes lol very short.
    My goal weight is some where between 95-100lbs.
    I am 139lb right now.
    Since I have been on Myfitnesspal I have lost 8lbs.
