Really lacking enthusiasm at present, and will be even harder for next 2 weeks before my holidays as my daughter and the grandkids are home for 2 weeks, so more Chinese Meals, Double Sunday Dinners, Crumbles and Custard, isn't it sickening already put on 5 lbs at the weekend and struggling to get it back off for Fridays weigh in?
