Hey guys so sometimes I find it helpful to identify what is the easiest thing for me in losing weight and what is the most difficult part for me. Just a litle reassurance that you are doing something right on those tough days and also helps identify something that you can improve on.
So mine are...

Easiest: The easiest thing for me is staying under my calories
Toughest: Getting my nutrition and exercise both going well at the same time. I usually have one or the other going well at a given time and cant seem to get them both

    Hardest: Meeting my calories on the days I exercise

    Easiest: Drinking water and letting go of the sugary drinks.
    Hardest: Working out when I see the scale dropping every day even when I don't.

    Easiest : Drinking water only, staying under my calories
    Hardest : Working out - 24 hours in a day is not enough for a working wife with a kiddo who occupy so much time!
