I was thinking of making a new group for this but not sure....Think we have a rocking group here.
Anyway I'm planning to not eat any junk from (now really) till at least the end of July....Preferably till I have lost all my weight and I am happy with myself but I know that you have to have treats sometimes to stop binges etc.
I found this picture on Pinterest (Yeah I LOVE that site way too much)
Just ignore the bottom bit 'for 21 day' I wanna do it for 31DAYS!
So that's your challenge folks if you wanna join me

I could not survive without have a little bit of chocolate every now and then. I don't think I would make it a week. : P Also I eat peanut butter almost everyday as I don't eat much meat. Everything else I could do without. : D0

Ok, I'm in, .... kinda.
I snack on Costco's dark chocolate acai blueberry things. I usually only have a half serving, which is like a mini handful for a whopping 90 calories. It's a lot of calories for so little, but sometimes I need the little pick me up or chocolatey reward. But that's it. And, the bag is ALMOST gone, like 1.5 servings left, and I probably won't buy it again for a while.
Candy I can do. I only have a few bites of candy each year.
Cookies, I eat the sugar-free vanilla wafers from time to time, but a serving is 4, and I usually eat just one or two. They're 33 calories each. Biscuits, I can easily avoid those.
Cake, donuts, muffins: I can avoid those. Will do!
Pastries: I probably only have one every other year, so those will be easy for me to avoid.
White bread: can't remember the last time I had it!!! Oh, wait, sliced white lunch bread, can't remember the last time I had it. I do have bread/rolls before dinner sometimes when I go out to a restaurant. I can make a conscious effort to avoid those though.
Chips: Doable.
Fast Food: I'll probably have a little, but I usually make fairly good decisions. Like, if I'm out and about and I NEED some food or I'm going to pass out and the only option is fast food, I'll get something with no cheese, no mayo, no fries, small dollar item, remove one bun, etc. Make it as "healthy" as possible.
I don't see peanut butter as a naughty spread, if eaten reasonably.
Ice cream, totally doable. Hardly eat the stuff.0
