            Bad day. Not feeling well and trying to get ready to go away with the family. But got some in so not totally behind.0

            I am tentatively in again. I did the challenge last week and did meet my goal but it was a lot of effort. I watched my food really well too and ended up gaining a half pound so am kind of discouraged again. Nothing seems to be working to lose weight. But I guess even if I can't lose weight, I'll be really fit!0

 Consistency is the key! You will see a pound down, keep it going. It took me 3 weeks to get 1.8 pounds off. Finally broke my plateau!!0

            Thanks for the words of encouragement, bikinisuited! I'm off to a slow start this week, but am planning on leaving work early today to get in some hours working out. Scale dropped a bit today, so trying to stick with it, day by day.0

            4,591 calories burned this week! Lost 2 lbs. Hoping those extra calories burned will help me lose at least another 2.2 lbs by July 8th so I can meet the 10lb goal as well!0

            2932 . not happy work got in the way of my training . same weight as last week . but am going all out this week if i can drop 2lb i will be a happy man .

            2932 is still pretty good, delmc. I didn't meet the 3600 for last week either; burned just over 2,000. Just wasn't my week, but still had a good week in terms of food and meeting calorie goals.0
