Prep Schedule?

Hi everyone! I just got my Turbo Fire set in the mail today (wahoo!) and I was reading through the material. I noticed there's a prep schedule if you don't think you're fit enough to do the regular program. Has anyone done the prep program? I've been doing 30DS this month (daily), so I qualify to just start TF based on the questions they asked.

I did the prep schedule but I hadn't worked out in a long time. I think that you should be okay with starting the regular program. However, if you want to add an extra 9 weeks you can go ahead and do the prep, I still think that it is pretty intense0

I've just about done the prep schedule. It was good for me because I had to change the time I worked out to early morning, and because you are usually just doing one routine at a time (shorter sessions) I could ease into getting up at that time - as well as learn the routines etc. That way when I start the full program I should hit the ground running.
But I also hadn't done regular exercise for a while so needed it for that aspect as well. If you are keen to jump right into the main program I don't think you'll be missing out on much.0
