I have a 50+ weight loss goal. I found myself the haviest I have ever been (274.5) a few days ago and felt awful. I'm 6'1 / 37 year old.
It's time to do something about it. So far my plan is:
1. Cut WAY back on the beer, if not totally (at least for a while)
2. Monitor caloric intake. Adjust diet accoringly.
3. Exercise regularly.
And yes, I agree. Texans are the best!
