I went in for a nutritionist check and possible fill this afternoon and found I lost 5 lbs. Whoohoo! Finally!!!
After 7 weeks of P90X . . . I was hoping for a higher number but I will take what I can get . . . or lose in this instance.
I also had a fill and am now up to 6.5 cc in my band . .. not bad considering I probably wont have to have any more
for a long while. And I got some more information on high protein foods to help me keep away the lightheadedness and
feel better and not burn out. So today is a good day

That is awesome! I'm 6 weeks post-op and have had one fill - I'm looking forward to the day I can write and say that I'm near or at goal. I'm reading posts like your's and am encouraged that others have been able to be successful! Thank you for sharing and encouraging us others that have only just begun our journey!!!! :flowerforyou:0
