So I thought to get to knwo people betetr we can talk about how much we wanna lose.
I personally wann lose about 30lbs by the time I'm 24 which is January 10th so I have about 6 and a half months to go (i think i've worked that out right feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)
So I think thats an average of 4-5lbs a month...Doable?! I think so.
If you're all luckily I might post a pre weight loss photo up

I have lost almost 20 lbs so far and I have about 10 more pounds to go!
I was wanting to be 130 by my 30th birthday which is in 8 days but I don't see that happening even though that is only 4 pounds away. 0 -

I want to get down to 120. I don't really have a date in mind. But I have about 10 pounds to go, and I'm shooting for about 1-2 pounds a week.0

I started this fitness journey in April 2011 at 240 lbs. In April 2012 I lost my 40th pound which put me right at 200 lbs. My main target weight goal I have set for myself is 180 lbs. On Sunday I weighed in at 197.5, so just a little bit left. But also I am working on toning and strengthing. My waist is right at 40in and I am hoping to break that 40 barrier one of these days. Feels great to have shed so many pounds and inches. Wonderful job Squible and Mustlovepugs1 on your achievements.0

I don't want to rely too much on the scale, but I would like to lose at least 6 pounds. If I stick to my food and exercise plan, I know it will happen!0

I'm hoping to be in the 150's by Christmas. Right now I'm 182. So I've got a bit to go. Hopefully with me running more the pounds will start melting off
